One of the most intriguing and fascinating negroamaro. This is why it is always worth keeping a good supply in the cellar to drink a glass of it at the right time. It is a wine with an intense red colour. The nose explodes with hints of carob and raisins. In the mouth it has spicy notes of black pepper and tobacco. The finish is long and structured. The first vintage produced was 2002 in 2,298 bottles. All bottles are numbered by hand.

It is coral pink in color and extraordinarily bright. Intriguing to the nose with pleasant nuances of pink grapefruit, strawberry and peach. Persistent finish with citrus and balsamic notes.

The meeting point is the cellar, located in the town. We will then drive to the vineyards of negroamaro cultivated according to the ancient "alberello" system, just outside the town. We will then continue the visit to the "vignesalve", organic vineyards, where you can visit an ancient well of Salento with a circular plan, dug by hand and built in tuff and carparo from Lecce. We continue with the artistic-existential hermitage of a famous painter from Guagnano (Vincent) to surprise the eyes and soul by admiring the beautiful Gaudian-style building and its characteristic paintings.

This wine is produced with grapes from three vineyards located in an area named Camarda. We think of them as three old sisters (Le Camarde is the plural noun of Camarda) reliably giving us great wines every year. When young it is a dense ruby-red wine with a complex nose with hints of potpourri and dried flowers. Coffee and dark chocolate on the palate with a long finish supported by silky tannins.

The box contains a bottle of Le Camarde Negroamaro&Primitivo IGP Salento, one of Cupone Salice Salentino Negroamaro Riserva Dop and one of Nero di Velluto Negroamaro IGP Salento.
This is a fascinating and rewarding Salento Negromaro, worth keeping in the cellar to drink a glass at just the right moment. Intense red wine with an explosion of carob and raisins on the nose; spicy hints of black pepper and tobacco in the mouth. The finish is long with firm structure.
Negroamaro is the most widely planted grape variety in Puglia. Both its origins and name are uncertain. The name may derive from the local dialect (niuru maru) or indeed from the combination of the Latin word niger and the Greek mavros, both indicating the typical black colour of the grapes. DieciAnni Negroamaro is a deep red colour wine with marked fragrances of plum and cherry on the nose. The palate is full bodied and well-balanced supported by elegant tannins.

The tasting includes the tasting of 5 wines (Rosarò Rosato Salice Salentino Negroamaro DOP + Diecianni Negroamaro Salento IGP + Diecianni Malvasia Nera Salento IGP + Cupone Salice Salentino Negroamaro Riserva DOP + Pietrafinita Primitivo di Manduria DOP) and a cold platter of local meats and cheese. During the tasting we will illustrate the cultivation and vinification techniques of negroamaro and black malvasia and primitivo, both in red and rosé. The experience is made even more interesting by the narration of anecdotes, stories and curiosities such as that of Leonardo da Vinci's filling cap.
