This wine remains engraved in the memory in the same way as our ancestors stuck the "pietrefinite" into the ground, centuries-old guardians of the geographical limit of their vineyards. Ruby red with purple waves. In the nose it offers sensations of black cherry and licorice. In the mouth an endless finish of cocoa and almond fig. The first vintage produced was 2011.
Hand-painted wooden box by painters Mario Miccoli and Nadia Verrienti that reproduces the profile of two "wine lovers". The box contains a bottle of Le Camarde Negroamaro&Primitivo IGP Salento, one of Cupone Salice Salentino Negroamaro Riserva Dop and one of Nero di Velluto Negroamaro IGT Salento.
This is a fascinating and rewarding Salento Negromaro, worth keeping in the cellar to drink a glass at just the right moment. Intense red wine with an explosion of carob and raisins on the nose; spicy hints of black pepper and tobacco in the mouth. The finish is long with firm structure.

The tasting includes the tasting of 5 wines (Rosarò Rosato Salice Salentino Negroamaro DOP + Diecianni Negroamaro Salento IGP + Diecianni Malvasia Nera Salento IGP + Cupone Salice Salentino Negroamaro Riserva DOP + Pietrafinita Primitivo di Manduria DOP) and a cold platter of local meats and cheese. During the tasting we will illustrate the cultivation and vinification techniques of negroamaro and black malvasia and primitivo, both in red and rosé. The experience is made even more interesting by the narration of anecdotes, stories and curiosities such as that of Leonardo da Vinci's filling cap.
The rosè wines have always been a firm point for the oenological renaissance of Puglia. Rosarò, selected as the best rose wine in Italy in 2018, is one of the few in Salento qualifying for DOP status. Coral pink colour with an extraordinary brightness. Intriguing on the nose, with pleasant hints of pink grapefruit, strawberry and peach. Hints of balsamic and citrus fruits on the palate, while the finish is long and persistent.
The name is reminiscent of carefree young people’s summer parties on the Salento beaches. Intense pink colour wine with fruity hints. On the palate note of pomegranate with a balanced and elegant pèttilant.
All grape varieties have their own story and primitivo is no exception: from Gioia del Colle it travelled to Manduria and then to Guagnano. Each Primitivo has different characteristics: DieciAnni Primitivo is an elegant and opulent wine. It has a dense red colour with intense violet tints. Voluptuous and persistent on the nose with a penetrating and intriguing perfume of violet. Soft tannins enhance the hints of liquorice, black cherry and plum.
This wine is made with grapes from three vineyards in the Camarda district. We call them Le Camarde as if they were old sisters who tirelessly give us great wines every year. When young it has a deep red color and a complex sensory profile with hints of dried flower pot pourri. Notes of coffee and dark chocolate on the palate. Long finish supported by silky tannins. The first vintage of this wine we have produced was 2002.
Hand-painted wooden box by painters Mario Miccoli and Nadia Verrienti that reproduces a typical Apulian landscape. The box contains a bottle of Le Camarde Negroamaro&Primitivo IGP Salento, one of Cupone Salice Salentino Negroamaro Riserva Dop and one of Nero di Velluto Negroamaro IGT Salento.
Chardonnay is cultivated all around the world, even though it has different features (taste, hints, colour and personality) depending on the soil where it is cultivated. DieciAnni Chardonnay is a straw-coloured wine; the palate is full flavoured with hints of pear, pineapple, aromatic herbs and spicy notes. On the finish it is well balanced.
Verdeca is one of the historical Puglia grape varieties. Its name comes from the particular pale green colour of the grape, which is also typical of the wine. The best type of soil for verdeca is shallow calcareous rock. In the glass the nose shows hints of green apple, lemon and star anise. Sensations of salt with good balance and finesse on the palate.
Rosés have always represented the flagship of the Apulian wine renaissance. Like Rosarò, the best rosé wine in Italy in 2018 and one of the few with a protected designation of origin in Salento. It is coral pink in color and extraordinarily bright. Intriguing to the nose with pleasant nuances of pink grapefruit, strawberry and peach. Persistent finish with citrus and balsamic notes.

The denomination Salice Salentino Negroamaro is one of the first born in Puglia: in fact, it was established in April 1974. The geographical area dedicated to the production of this important DOP includes a total of 7 municipalities in Northern Salento including Guagnano. The Diecianni Salice Salentino Negroamaro has a compact red color with delicate garnet hues. The sensory profile is complex: it ranges from the typical notes of tobacco and vanilla. In the mouth it expresses sensations of bitter almond on a powerful tannin. Of these magnums, vintage 2016, only 762 bottles were produced and they are all sold with a certificate of authenticity.
Tradition and respect for the land can be found in this riserva wine. Cupone has a unique and austere character obtained by using grapes from old negroamaro bush-vines. A particularly bright and full-bodied red wine; hints of tobacco, nuts and Mediterranean herbs on the nose; soft tannins and balsamic hints on the palate.
