Wine and surroundings
We love Negroamaro and we love Salento, a beautiful land set between two seas. We enjoy its light and its wind, its aromas and flavours. We love its villages animated by a warm welcome, the walls of the houses faded by the sun and the “living stones” of the dry-stone walls surrounding endless countryside populated by vineyards and centuries-old olive trees. We are fascinated by the grandiose and baroque lights that embellish the streets of the villages in the numerous patronal festivals during the hot and sultry Salento summer evenings. We love the good and healthy Apulian cuisine of the many cooks and chefs who delight us from Santa Maria di Leuca to the Gargano. Extraordinary dishes and food, the same ones that we will suggest you to pair with the many wines offered on negramando.it. We will tell you how Feudi di Guagnano winery obtains superb and high-quality wines saving ancient and unique vineyards from abandonment and solar farms. These wines are witnesses of a centenary history.
