Chardonnay is a vine present everywhere in the world but the wines it gives us are not the same at all. Each of them has taste, aromas, color and personality that speak of the area in which it is grown. Like this Diecianni: a straw yellow wine that releases notes of pear, pineapple and aromatic herbs. Extraordinary on the palate with a spicy entrance and a finish with good sapidity.
The name is reminiscent of carefree young people’s summer parties on the Salento beaches Straw-coloured wine with pale green highlights. Hints of green apple and elderberry in the mouth with a pleasant mineral finish.
This wine is made with grapes from three vineyards in the Camarda district. We call them Le Camarde as if they were old sisters who tirelessly give us great wines every year. When young it has a deep red color and a complex sensory profile with hints of dried flower pot pourri. Notes of coffee and dark chocolate on the palate. Long finish supported by silky tannins. The first vintage of this wine we have produced was 2002.
The rosè wines have always been a firm point for the oenological renaissance of Puglia. Rosarò, selected as the best rose wine in Italy in 2018, is one of the few in Salento qualifying for DOP status. Coral pink colour with an extraordinary brightness. Intriguing on the nose, with pleasant hints of pink grapefruit, strawberry and peach. Hints of balsamic and citrus fruits on the palate, while the finish is long and persistent.
If you are looking for tradition and respect for the territory, this reserve wine will not betray your expectations. It is a wine with an austere and unique character obtained from ancient negroamaro “Alberelli”. Particularly bright red and good consistency. Notes of tobacco, nuts and Mediterranean herbs on the nose. Soft tannins and balsamic notes on the palate.
Hand-painted wooden box by the artists Mario Miccoli and Nadia Verrienti that reproduces the profile of a woman with her blonde hair adorned with typical southern fruits: grapes, lemons, tangerines. DieciAnni Malvasia Nera is a single varietal wine vinified without any contact with oak in order to enhance the natural fragrance of the fruit. DieciAnni Malvasia Nera is an intense ruby-red colour wine; on the nose are hints of dewberry, blood orange and violet. The palate is fresh with hints of cherry and blueberry. The wine is mouth-filling with supple tannins.

Terramare is an involving wine with a young taste: it is peach blossom pink with a good consistence. Pleasantly fruity in the nose with sensations of cherry and mineral hints. Freshness and citrus fruits hints in the mouth.
WHAT DOES IT CONSIST OF?
We will meet in the morning in the historic center of Lecce (the exact location will be communicated at least one day before) to begin the visit to the most representative monuments of the city.
After about 2 hours we move to Guagnano where we will be welcomed to the cellar from personal professionally prepared that fluently speaks English and you will begin the wine tasting in combination with a rich platter of local meat and cheese.

This wine remains engraved in the memory in the same way as our ancestors stuck the "pietrefinite" into the ground, centuries-old guardians of the geographical limit of their vineyards. Malvasia Bianca is a vineyard that has always been present in Salento. In particular, these few magnum bottles (12 in total) were obtained from an ancient manor vineyard and vinified without the aid of modern techniques such as temperature control. With a good body and structure (alcoholic content 14.5% vol.) it is golden yellow in color with hints of almond and aromatic herbs. Each bottle is sold with a certificate of authenticity.
