AT THE WINERY
After the drying process (about 30 days) in small wooden boxes, the grapes are crushed and destemmed softly. The maceration process lasts up to 2 weeks and the resulting wines is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
AGEING POTENTIAL
The wine is ready 6 months later the bottling. It can be kept of at least 15/20 years. The wine is only produced in the best vintages and the production is limited to about 7,000 bottles.

It is a wine with an intense red colour. The nose explodes with hints of carob and raisins. In the mouth it has spicy notes of black pepper and tobacco. The finish is long and structured. The first vintage produced was 2002 in 2,298 bottles. All bottles are numbered by hand.
Chardonnay is a vine present everywhere in the world but the wines it gives us are not the same at all. Each of them has taste, aromas, color and personality that speak of the area in which it is grown. Like this Diecianni: a straw yellow wine that releases notes of pear, pineapple and aromatic herbs. Extraordinary on the palate with a spicy entrance and a finish with good sapidity.
Malvasia Bianca is a vineyard that has always been present in Salento. In particular, these few magnum bottles (12 in total) were obtained from an ancient manor vineyard and vinified without the aid of modern techniques such as temperature control. With a good body and structure (alcoholic content 14.5% vol.) it is golden yellow in color with hints of almond and aromatic herbs. Each bottle is sold with a certificate of authenticity.
Rosés have always represented the flagship of the Apulian wine renaissance. Like Rosarò, the best rosé wine in Italy in 2018 and one of the few with a protected designation of origin in Salento. It is coral pink in color and extraordinarily bright. Intriguing to the nose with pleasant nuances of pink grapefruit, strawberry and peach. Persistent finish with citrus and balsamic notes.
Verdeca is one of the historical Puglia grape varieties. Its name comes from the particular pale green colour of the grape, which is also typical of the wine. The best type of soil for verdeca is shallow calcareous rock. In the glass the nose shows hints of green apple, lemon and star anise. Sensations of salt with good balance and finesse on the palate.
All grape varieties have their own story and primitivo is no exception: from Gioia del Colle it travelled to Manduria and then to Guagnano. Each Primitivo has different characteristics: DieciAnni Primitivo is an elegant and opulent wine. It has a dense red colour with intense violet tints. Voluptuous and persistent on the nose with a penetrating and intriguing perfume of violet. Soft tannins enhance the hints of liquorice, black cherry and plum.

It is a wine with an austere and unique character obtained from ancient negroamaro “Alberelli”. Particularly bright red and good consistency. The denomination Salice Salentino Negroamaro is one of the first born in Puglia: in fact, it was established in April 1974. The geographical area dedicated to the production of this important DOP includes a total of 7 municipalities in Northern Salento including Guagnano. The Diecianni Salice Salentino Negroamaro has a compact red color with delicate garnet hues. The sensory profile is complex: it ranges from the typical notes of tobacco and vanilla. In the mouth it expresses sensations of bitter almond on a powerful tannin. Of these magnums, vintage 2016, only 762 bottles were produced and they are all sold with a certificate of authenticity.
