The rosè wines have always been a firm point for the oenological renaissance of Puglia. Rosarò, selected as the best rose wine in Italy in 2018, is one of the few in Salento qualifying for DOP status. Coral pink colour with an extraordinary brightness. Cuccimanne' is the abbreviated name by which the wagtail is know in Salento, a small bird present in the Susumaniello vineyards. 

Wine with a pale pink colour. On the nose it releases Mediterranean fruits. In the mouth it presents notes of currant and raspberry.
